Here's my progress report so far :)
Days: 6
Stopped white bread, rice, sugar - only brown bread or roti
Stopped Pepsi and ice creams
Cut down on eating out
Stopped coffee in office - replaced with water
Brisk walking 45 mins a day
2 Cod liver oil tablets twice a day
Weight lost: 0 gms

Keep it up. I am sure you will see good results. Especially, refraining yourself from Pepsi :)
Stopped Pepsi..thats something hard to belive :) Great going Dieting and all :) will surely see some good results :)
Oh come on, I am NOT a big Pepsi fan... it's just that Pepsi is great for my thirst, my mood, my throat, my skin, etc etc... :)
By the way, if you had read my diet 101 lesson, you would have asked me the real question: how many inches off the waist, not how much weight.. :)
Anyway, the answer to how many inches - it's about 2 inches!
OK, OK, kidding...
Good for skin?? would like to know how pepsi can be good for skin and mood ?
Arre, if you get hurt, or any skin problem, or simply if you want to get fair and lovely (not that you aren't ;)) - try Pepsi as a skin care lotion!!!
And about mood, when you use Pepsi to satisfy your thirst, and to become fair and lovely (and in my case, fair and handsome ;)) - your mood automatically improves na?

Day before yesterday, I had rasgullas.. Yesterday I had a pizza, garlic bread with cheeze and gulab jamuns.. Today I had omelete and some awesome butter biscuits.. mmmmm.. slurp slurp.. He he..
But seriously, getting off bread and rice helps tremendously.. Good Going.. Hope you stay strong on the diet.. :)
