The New Mile Sur Mera Tumhara

Check out the new Mile Sur video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1mbBloTAvPE

I loved the end, and I loved the new, young look representing the new young India. Watch out for Salman's mime with the deaf and dumb, SRK at the end with the sea link in the background and Rahman's music pad.

What I didn't like though was that this is all Bollywood, I would loved to see some of our sports icons, young politicans and industry leaders too!

Dude, read this

I thought you were kidding when you said you liked this. Personally, I thought this was one of the worst pieces ever. Bollywood for national integration. Gimme a break. Where are the real achievers?

From one point of view, I do agree :)

On the other hand, this is a song about various cultures coming together into one, not about India's achievements...

I love Greatbong's review of this song.

The thing I liked in the song was Salman's performance with the mute kids. Very innovative. And to speak of Rehman's instrument, that man can make music out of anything. Very beautiful.

Rest all remain stereotypical. Shahrukh's never seen before spread thy arms act, Aish mimicking Sharmila Tagore, For the first time though Amar Singh dint appear in the screen space where all three bacchans were present. Deepika's Liril ad performance.

No Goa :( [There is some line which sounds like "Ami sagale goyak vashu" :D ]
No Kashmeer :(
No focus on the Northeastern states
No focus on tribal/fisherman culture.
And of course where is Sachin yaar?
