Read an interesting view point the other day on the power crisis that's hit the country these days. While the official version is that unseasonal heavy rains and the Telangana stir have resulted in coal shortages at main power plants in the country, there was speculation that this was in fact a government ploy to build public support for nuclear power.
Outlandish? Or possible?

there was similar story unleashed but was more predictable - Govt babus are making money by creating the artificial shortage of coal, thereby forcing Govt to purchase power from private players!!
both are equally possible...
