Was in New Delhi last week - after almost a decade. Didn't get much time to roam around, given that we had four meetings in 5 hours, but I was impressed by the IGI T3, the metro, the massive toll plazas, the highways - some truly international class infrastructure.
What was disappointing was the unnecessary aggressiveness of the people on the road - the vehicle used as a battering ram, forcing oneself into spaces that don't exist, a show of one-up-manship that can turn deadly any second.
Interestingly, the people we did talk to, were generally sweet and helpful. No complaints there!
