Visited HDFC's Baner office yesterday (the home loan company, not the bank), and once again, I was happy to see the amazing level of service they offer. The watchman, specially, was smiling... a rare sight! He gave us the token, and told us we could go have breakfast and come back, and we wouldn't miss our chance. When we came back, it was amazing to see how he was so proactive in processing the queue, talking to the officers to prioritize, route customers to the right desk, and make sure everyone felt they were looked after!
I have seen this kind of very appreciable job involvement from so many folks at the HDFC group of companies, whether it's the home loan guys, or the insurance folks, or the bank. Truly a commendable aspect of the corporate culture!
