Tax on the super rich, service tax on AC restaurants, huge increase in excise on luxury imported cars, increase in price of SUVs - the government seems to have got its act right this time, mopping money from those who can afford it!
I love the concept of service tax - getting a tiny bit every time someone spends. Expenses on lavish marriages, foreign travel, luxury branded lifestyle products - lots of other avenues for the taxman to go after in a country like India!
I just wish every penny collected actually went back into the development of the country, and not into some corrupt politician's pocket!
